Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with clinical features of Vatarakta, Chronicity of disease less than 5yr. Patients suitable for Niruha and Anuvasana Basti.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: subjects with uncontrolled metabolic disorder & other systemic disorder. subjects with autoimmune disease of joints. subjects with infection & communicable diseases. subjects unfit for basti karma.
