Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Type 2 diabetics diagnosed for more than 5 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Type 2 diabetics who are not registered under Kasturba Medical College and Hospital. 2. Type 2 diabetics on Insulin. 3. Recently diagnosed Type 2 diabetics. 4. Type 2 diabetics with co-morbidities. 5. Type 2 diabetics who are immune-compromised suffering from terminal illness like cancer HIV or those who are under medical treatment. 6. Type 2 diabetics who are critically ill. 7. Type 2 diabetics who are on specific dietary restrictions.
