Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children with severe acute Malnutrition with severe dehydration: weigh/height haemodynamically stable non edematous malnutrition

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: visible severe wasting edematous malnutrition associated with Shock
