Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Subject with the clinical features of Ruju bhagandara. 2 Subject of Both the sex included in the study. 3 Both opening present are included. 4 Cryptoglandularorigion (non- specific fistula). Pre-operative profile WNL(within normal limit).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Specific origin of fistula in ano will be excluded. 2 Associated otheranorectal disorder like haemorrhoids, abscess, fissure will be excluded. 3 Anesthetic risk or high risk patient excluded. 4 Patient come with Diabetes mellitus, Hypertension, tuberculosis will be excluded.
