Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Healthy patients who required surgical extraction of bilaterally symmetrical impacted mandibular third molars 2. Patients in the age group of 18- 50 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with debilitating systemic diseases 2. Patients with neurological and psychological problems 3. Pregnant women 4. Patients having abscess, cyst, space infections associated with impacted third molars 5. Subjects who had analgesic or anti inflammatory drugs 24 hours before treatment 6.Patients allergic to the drugs under study
