Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients admitted within 24 hours of injury 2) Patients (or their caregivers) who will provide written informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with mild injury 2) Patients admitted with cause other than trauma 3) Patients with incomplete data 4) Patients who will be unable to complete follow up at 1st, 3rd and 6th month
