Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients fulfilling diagnostic criteria for Metabolic syndrome, with BMI >25 kg/m2, on anti HTN medication with BP > 130/85 in a period of 7 days and on stable anti diabetic medication with FBS > 100 mg/dl

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with hypertension stage II and stage III 160/100mmHg, 180/110mmHg, known case of type 1, uncontrolled diabetes and with Diabetic complications, Comorbid diseases like CHD, Endocrine diseases , renal disorders, with any medications for dyslipidemia within the period of 4 weeks and Pregnant and lactating mother
