Health Condition 1: K219- Gastro-esophageal reflux disease without esophagitis Health Condition 2: null- On the basis of signs and symptoms of Amlapitta according to Ayurveda classics

Interventions

Intervention1: Guduchyadi Syrup: 30 patients will be taken in Group A irrespective of their age, sex, religion, occupations and treated with Guduchyadi syrup in following dose and duration. Dose: 20ml

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Both the sexes male and female having age between 20years to 60years. Symptoms of Amlapitta,Avipak(Indigetion),Aruchi, Tikta-amla udgar(Pungent-Sour belching),Guru kostha ( Heaviness of abdomen),Shiroruja (Headache) , Kanthdaha (Burning sensation in throat) , Antrakunjan, Urovidah,

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age below 20yrs and above 60yrs. Malignant and accelerated Hypertension, Pregnant women, Lactating Mothers, Patients of any other severe illness, Diabetes mellitus
