Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria was adductor tightness i.e. Hip abduction ROM <40 degree.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Bone, joint or muscle problems that could limit stretching. 2) Any recent surgery of lower limb. 3) Any deformity of lower limb.
