Inclusion criteria: People diagnosed with stroke who are coming for follow-up visits at Kasturba hospital Manipal during the time of data collection. who are willing to participate in the study. able to understand Kannada or English Caregivers of people living with stroke who are attending follow-up visits at Kasturba hospital Manipal during the time of data collection Who are primary caregivers of people living with stroke who are willing to participate in the study. able to understand Kannada or English.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: People living with stroke who are not willing to participate Caregivers of people living with stroke home nurses who are giving care to people living with stroke
