Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: having amenorrhoea more than 12 months Willing to participate in the study. Balance disturbance. BBS less or equal to 52

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Uncooperative patients Women having auditory deficit. MMSE score less than 24 Orthopaedic complications like lower limb fracture preventing mobilization and arthritic disorders interfering with gait. • Any cause for balance disturbance other than menopause.
