Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Health personnel who are willing to participate in the study period , Primi mother with term pregnancy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Mother with complication (mentally unstable,severe bleeding), health personnel who are in leave & ,infant who need resuscitation
