Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient who are fit for enteral tube feed and whose ICU length of stay is more than or equal to two days

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient refusal 2.Primary GI pathology 3. Who underwent gastric / bowel resection, gastric bypass 4. Patients in whom enteral tube feed is contraindicated 5.Pregnancy
