Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy children between age of 4-8 years without any sysytemic illness 2.child having atleast one cavitated occlusal and occluso-proximal dental caries in primary molars 3.carious lesion should be in dentin having an ICDAS score of 5 or 6 4. tooth of interest should not be associated with pulp exposure,sinus, fistula history of spontaneous pain or moblity 5.child whose parent gives consent to be recruited in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Teeth having signs of irreversible pulp disease in the form of abscess, clinical pulp exposure, spontaneous pain history 2. teeth showing phsiologic tooth moblity due to root resorption 3. child whose parents do not consent for inclusion in the study
