Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All the adults aged >= 18 years residing in the selected village for at least six months would be eligible to be included in the study. All the community health workers involved in provision of health services posted in the selected villages including health education through Behaviour Change Communication (BCC) strategy etc would also be eligible for participation in the study.

| The primary expected outcome from this study is increase in awareness about cancer in the targeted population. Identifiable goals include: 1) Increase in the knowledge of the people both general population and level 1 healthcare worker as compared to their previous knowledge about cancer. 2) Improvement in knowledge about the prevalent cancers, their screening procedures and general measures of prevention and treatment.Timepoint: The primary expected outcome from this study is increase in awareness about cancer in the targeted population.
