Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients on NG Patients on Orogastric tube feeding Patients with normal gastric function Patients aged 18-75 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with short gut On jejunostomy feed Admitted with Gastric intolerance Admitted with acute Pancreatitis Post intestinal surgery On high ionotropic support Ileostomy NJ tube Feeding Partial intestinal failure GI Intolerance Death/discharge before 48 hours of observation
