Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of Age 20years to 80years , physical status ASA1 and ASA2, posted for fracture femur procedures under central neuraxial blockade

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal,Patient not satisfying inclusion criteria,Patient with coagulopathies,Patient allergic to local anaesthestics and paracetamol,Patient with liver diseases,Mentally challenged patients,Polytrauma patients,Infection at block site
