Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with physical status ASA I and II, are scheduled for elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients older than 60 yr or younger than 18 yr; Alcohol abuse, Known hyper-sensitivity to study drugs Significant respiratory, cardiac, renal or hepatic dysfunction, Chronic pain medication, anticonvulsant or antidepressant drugs. Received analgesics 48 hours before surgery

To evaluate fentanyl consumption in postoperative period for 24 hours. To compare VAS score for pain between the study groups. Timepoint: postoperative period for 24 hours. To compare VAS score for pain between the study groups.
