Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.PRESENCE OF OBESITY i.e., WEIGHT IS MORE THAN 20% EXCESS OF THE DESIRABLE WEIGHT ACCORDING TO HEIGHT, SEX AND AGE 2. WHR i.e., WAIST HIP CIRCUMFERENCE RATIO >0.95 IN MALES AND >0.8 IN FEMALES

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: PREGNANCY, LACTATION CHRONIC LIVER, KIDNEY DISORDERS
