Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pain more than 3 months. Age 40-60 years. Unilateral shoulder pain. Patients willing to sign the consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Neurological conditions and multiple system disorder. Recent surgeries of shoulder less than 3 months. Inability to provide informed consent and/or complete the written questionnaire. Patients having hearing, speech and vision impairment. Subjects not willing to participate.
