Health Condition 1: null- According to IAP Grade 2 and 3 of malnourishment and BMI Grading

Interventions

Intervention1: Managed with deepan pachan drugs (5 days) then ashwagandha granules will be given orally: Group A will recieve Ashwagandha granules 0.5mg/kg/day in divided doses with milk after food

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: According to IAP all the Grade 2 and 3 of Malnourishment and BMI Grading

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age less than 5 years and more than 12 years Secondary malnourishment Congenital Anomalies Inborn Error of Metabolism Any severe systemic illness
