Inclusion criteria: Participants a. Paediatric oncologists and paediatric haematologists b. Adult medical oncologists and adult haematologists if 25% of their clinical practice involves treating children with either solid or haematological malignancy c. Consultant level practice Setting a. Cancer hospitals or tertiary hospitals with cancer care service b. Have access to palliative care services

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants a. Trainee oncologists b. Radiation, clinical and surgical oncologists Setting a. Private oncology clinics situated independently of a hospital setting
