Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Unilateral Sensorineural Hearing Loss (other ear being normal) based on PTA (Bone conduction threshold > 25 dB)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a. Age 50 years b. Any significant co morbidities which may affect hearing or quality of life c. Any conductive or mixed hearing loss in either ear d. Any history of ear discharge from either ear e. Non-consenting individuals
