Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Treated clubfoot patients currently using Steenbeek foot abduction brace for at least 3 months with normal ankle range of motion.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any pathology in lower limbs affecting hip, knee, ankle or foot range of motion 2. Limb length discrepancy due to any reason

For a child â?¢ With different bar lengths, the changes in ankle dorsiflexion and foot abduction with reference to standard bar length will be compared. â?¢ With different shoe abduction, the changes in ankle dorsiflexion and foot abduction with reference 70 degrees shoe abduction will be compared. â?¢ With different shoe dorsiflexion, the changes in ankle dorsiflexion and foot abduction with reference 15 degree shoe dorsiflexion will be compared.Timepoint: Cross sectional study. All measurements for one patient taken at one point of time.

. Overall impact on childâ??s ankle dorsiflexion and foot abduction for changes in orthotic bar length, abduction and dorsiflexion for deriving a correlation between them. â?¢ The standard bar length (0) will be compared with the shoulder width for the Indian population. Timepoint: cross sectional study. All measurements for one patient taken at single point of time.
