Inclusion criteria: all dyspeptic patients undergoing upper endoscopy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)those with sytemic disease and mailgnancy 2)those with Chronic liver disease 3)already eradicated h.pylori 4)those whoc had underwent gastric surgery
