Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects who comply with study protocol 2. Age between 18-35 years 3. Clinical signs of gingivitis 4. Those who had not undergone dental treatment for past 6 months 5. Full Mouth Bleeding Score >= 1 6. Those who had not taken any antibiotic or anti-inflammatory drug therapy in the preceding 6 months were included in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with any systemic diseases/conditions 2. Subjects on any medication which can affect periodontium 3. Smokers 4. Participants allergic to cinnamon/other food spices 5. Pregnancy and Lactating mothers
