Intervention1: Keelvayu Nivarana Chooranam and Vathathirku Thylam: Keelvayu Nivarana Chooranam-650-1300mg-oral route twice daily and Vathathirku thylam-30ml(External) Control Intervention1: Nil: Nil

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Symmetrical joint involvement 2. Arthritis of 3 or more joints 3. Rheumatoid factor positive 4. Morning stiffness 5. Swelling especially in the inter phalangeal joint. 6. Patients who are willing for admission and stay in IPD for 30 to 48 days or willing to attend OPD 7. Patient who is willing to undergo radiological investigation and give blood and urine samples for laboratory investigation. 8. Patient willing to sign the informed consent stating that he/she will consciously stick to the treatment during 30 to 48 days but can OPD out of the trial of his/her own conscious discretion.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Systemic illness. 2. Pregnant Women and Lactating Mother 3. History of trauma 4. Neurological disorder 5. Tubercular arthritis 6. Any other serious illness 7. Psoriatic arthritis 8. Gouty arthritis
