Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients who are reported at national institute of siddha -out patient department with diabetic complaints and known case of diabetes either diagnosed by siddha or allopathy doctor with HBA1C level Those patients who had taken three months of diabetic treatment either continuously or intermittenly at National Institute of Siddha -Out Patient Department
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient not consenting to participating in the trail and not willing to sign the consent form Patients not willing to subject themselves to physical examinations and HBA1C blood testing Diabetic patient who have not taken diabetic treatment in National Institute of Siddha- Out patient department
