Intervention1: Mixture of Oxygen-Medical air, Pure 100% oxygen: Both Medical wir and Oxygen are ecologically safe and tgere is less risk of hypoxamia. There are no contraindiactions for oxygen-air mix

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age group 18- 60 years 2. sex male /female 3. ASA status I and II 4. Weight between 50 to 70 kg 5. Patients posted for elective surgical procedures of general anasesthesia lasting for about 1-2 hours

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient with any systemic disease like cardiac disease , lung disorder, neurological problems, hepatic or renal dysfunction , psychiatric illness, endocrinal disorders etc. diagnosed by clinical judgements and investigations. 2. History of alcohol or drug abuse 3.Pregnant and Obese patients 4.Patients undergoing laparoscopic surgeries

MeasureTime frame
1.Intraoperative sevoflurane requirement by noting the sevoflurane vaporizer dial setting for maintaining MAC 1 2.Intraoperative analgesic requirement 3. Exhaled FeN2O in Group O2-N2O and FiO2 in all groupsTimepoint: 1.Every minute for first 10 minutes, every 5 minutes till the end of first half an hour followedby every 15 min till the end of surgery. 2.Every minute till the end of surgery according to value of BIS 3. Every 5 minutes for the first half an hour folowed by every 15 minutes till end of surgery

MeasureTime frame
1.Equilibration time(when the ratio of exhaled and inhaled sevoflurane concentration becomes atleast 0.8) 2.Ventilator parameters (MV, Peak airway pressure,Peak platue pressure) 3. Vital parameters (PR,BP,SpO2,ETCO2)Timepoint: 1.To observe at i)every minute for first 10 minutes after intubation ii)every 5 minutes till 30 minutes after intubation iii) every 15 minutes thereafter till surgery lasts 2.After change from high to minimal flow Every 5 minutes for first half an hour followed by every 15 minutes till the end of surgery 3.1.To observe at i)every minute till 5 minutes after intubation ii)every 5 minutes till 30 minutes after intubation iii) every 15 minutes thereafter till surgery lasts
