Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Lab confirmed VAP Cases (CDC criteria) in the identified ICU during the selected time period. 2. Lab confirmed CLABSI Cases (CDC criteria) in the identified ICU during the selected time period. 3. All above Age groups of 18 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients discharged before 48 hours of admission. 2. Patients diagnosed with infection before admission to selected ICU. 3. Patients already on Mechanical ventilation and transferred in ICU from outside 4. Patients already on Central Line and transferred in ICU from outside 5. Patients going in for emergency surgeries.
