Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients with resectable GB mass(fundus & body) and fit for surgery; No Distant metastasis on Staging Laparoscopy; Interaortocaval lymphnodes reported negative for malignancy on frozen section; refusal for informed consent for procedure

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Distant metastasis on Staging Laparoscopy; Interaortocaval lymphnodes reported positive for malignancy on frozen section; refusal for informed consent for procedure; Ca GB infiltrating CBD; Tumor mass invading beyond 1 cm of GB-liver interface on radiological examination.
