Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with completely edentulous maxillary or mandibular arch 2. Patients requiring bilateral alveoplasty

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients classified under ASA III, IV and V 2. Patients with history of smoking 3. Patients with history of allergy to known drugs
