Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Generalized anxiety disorder patients of both sexes aged between 18-45 years with BMI 19- 25 kg/m² will be included. Age and sex matched healthy individuals with BMI 19- 25 kg/m², who do not any mental or physical illness, will be taken as controls

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Study participants will be excluded if they have psychosis spectrum disorder, substance or alcohol abuse, traumatic brain injury, cerebro-vascular disease, h/o psychotropic medication, h/o chronic illness like diabetes, cardiac illness, hypertension, malignancy, hepatic or renal disease, pregnancy or lactation.
