Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA grade I and II patients scheduled to undergo elective surgery under general anaesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: I.Body mass index >35, Ii. Patient with history of obstructive sleep apnoea Iii. Patients with congenital defects of The face, neck, upper airway, spine or thoracic cage or any surgical interventions. Iv. Patient with history Of nasal pathology / trauma. V. Patients with anticipated difficult intubation / difficult airway. Vi. Patients with reactive airway disease, Vii. Patient requiring rapid sequence induction including obstetric patients. Viii. Patient with abnormal coagulation profile
