Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients requiring local anaesthesia for maxillary posterior teeth. Patients with non contributory medical history. Patients having Frankels positive and definitely positive behaviour during preoperative behavioural assessment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patient with history of systemic diseases or undergoing any medical treatment, psychiatric disorder , and insensitive skin will be excluded. 2) Patients with dental abscess or fistula in the procedure site. 3) Patients who are allergic to local anaesthesia. 4)Uncooperative patients
