Intervention1: Patients with serum creatinine more than 1.2 mg: Baseline renal oximetry values will be noted and 20 percent fall in renal oximetry values due to reduction in CARDIAC OUTPUT AT THE TIME

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with coronary artery disease posted for Coronary artery bypass graft surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Preoperatively hemodynamically unstable patient Patient in congestive cardiac failure

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Reduction in Renal oximetry value more than 20% of baseline due to reduction in cardiac outputTimepoint: preoperative baseline value will be obtained. Then every 20 minutes for two hours

Correlation of reduction in renal oximetry values with postoperative Renal biomarkers (BUN, Serum Creatinine)Timepoint: 24hrs postoperative
