Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: •Participants with age of 18-60 years. •Participants with systolic blood pressure 120-139 mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure 80-89 mmHg.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Participants on anti-hypertensive medications. •Participants with history of any cardio-vascular disease. •Participants with impaired renal or hepatic functions. •Pregnant and lactating women.
