Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. An age group of 18-65 years patients having chronic disorders will be included in the study. 2. Both the Genders male and female will be eligible for this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients other than chronic disorders 2. Patients who are not willing to come for next visit 3. Pregnant women
