Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Primary open angle glaucoma patients (POAG) Primary angle closure glaucoma patients (PACG)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (i)Extremes of ages (age less than 40 years and more than 65 years) (ii) Eyes with ocular diseases other than cataract and/or POAG,PACG (iii) Eyes that underwent cataract surgery (and implantation of an intraocular lens) within 6 months prior to aqueous humour collection (to exclude the effect of postoperative in�ammation following cataract surgery) (iv) Glaucoma due to secondary causes.
