Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)age 18 to 58 2)both male and female 3)non specific low back pain and neck pain

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)No history of any musculoskeletal injury in last 3 months. 2) No surgery inthoracic or abdominal in last 6 months. 3)No cardiorespiratory disease which affect the breathing pattern 4)Pregnancy. 5)Chronic smoker.
