Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients having symptoms of joint pain of both knee joints, swelling, tenderness, stiffness, crepitation, restricted movements of both knee joints. 2. Patients who are willing to give blood samples for laboratory investigation . 3. Patients who are willing to take X-ray before and after treatment. 4. Patients who are willing to participate in this study with the knowledge of potential risks
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Cardiac disease 2. Hypertension 3. Rheumatoid arthritis 4. Use of narcotic drugs 5. History of trauma 6. Patient with any other serious illness. 7. Benign and malignant neoplasm 8. Immuno compromised Patients 9. Children, elderly 10. Clinically significant abnormal laboratory values
