Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Able to follow simple commands 2. Grade 3 - 5 Parkinson patients according to Hoehn Yahar scale

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Uncooperative patients 2. Previous history of cardiac and pulmonary surgery 3. Flail chest 4. Individual affected from neurological disorder other than PD
