Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age above 18 years and willing to participate Able to give informed consent Suffering from advanced cancer â?? locally advanced, recurrent, or metastatic disease Newly referred to palliative care outpatient clinic

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unstable medical/psychiatric condition requiring emergency treatment Communication difficulties Suffering from intellectual disability and/or pre-existing dementia Cognitive impairment or lack capacity to give consent Inpatients referred for palliative care
