Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: HIV positive adults more than 18yrs of age HIV positive patients not on ART HIV positive patients not meeting WHO clinical criteria for initiation of ART CD4 count >500/mm3 at baseline

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who have opportunistic infection
