Intervention1: Automated epidermal harvester: Patients shall serve as their controls to optimize matching cases with controls. In that two nearly symmetrical areas of stable vitiligo will be selected

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. With two or more patches of stable vitiligo 2. Not on any systemic therapy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any contraindication to the surgical procedure 2. Any evidence of active infection 3. Patients having keloidal tendency 4. Patches over mucosal sites like oral and genital mucosa 5. Patches over palms and soles

Primary

MeasureTime frame
1) Efficacy in terms of percentage of repigmentation after surgery which will be assessed by two independent observers. Pigmentation will be graded as excellent( 75%),Very good (50-75%), Good (25-50%) and poor (25%) Timepoint: Patients will be assessed at 1, 3, 6, 9 and 12 months for the repigmenattion

MeasureTime frame
To look for complications like Hyperpigmentation, Hypopigmentation Infection, colour mismatch and perigraft halo in both the techniques Timepoint: 1, 3, 6, 9 and 12 months
