Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosis of HCC as per standard non-invasive criteria No prior systemic treatment for HCC Written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Prior systemic treatment No biopsy/FNA except in case of HCC/hokar/distal cholangiocarcinoma Un willing to give cosent
