Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective surgery under general anaesthesia with endotracheal intubation. 2. ASA grade 1 and 2 3. Age 20-55 years 4. Weight 40-70 kgs 5. Both sexes
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients refusal to participate in the study 2. Allergy to study drugs 3. Patients with uncontrolled cardiovascular disease, hepatic or renal disease, bronchospastic disease ( ASA grade 3 or more ) 4. Emergency surgeries 5. Patients taking any adrenergic or psychotropic drugs 6. Patients with difficult intubation 7. Patients with Myasthenia Gravis or musculoskeletal disorder
