Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • All patients scheduled for cardiac surgery • Cardiac surgeries done with mediastinal approach. Investigation report available pre-operative including ECG.2DECHO,PFT,PFR hemodynamically stable after surgery on 1st,2nd and 3rd post operative day. Patient agreed to give written consent and participation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Patients who developed complications during surgery, example: ventricular arrhythmias, intra-operative myocardial infarction,severe blood loss >1500ml. • Hemodynamic instability eg., mean arterial pressure • Intubation duration > 72 hours and need re-intubation. • Patients diagnosed with any neuromuscular and systemic condition • Patient having difficulty in cognitive function. Not follows inclusion criteria
