Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ASA Physical Status 1 or 2 weight (BMI any surgery requiring general anaesthesia with endotracheal tube lasting for more than one hour
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: neuromuscular disorders neurological impairments obese (BMI >30) Pregnant women renal dysfunction( creatinine >1.8) hepatic dysfunction(LFT >50% of normal values) drugs interfering with neuromuscular transmission
