Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients fulfilling Diagnostic criteria. Patients with regular menstrual cycle.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known case of Secondary Dysmenorrhea Patients with any acute or chronic illness on medications, in whom interference with trial drug is anticipated based on history, will be excluded Patients having pain abdomen associated with menorrhagia metrorrhagia Known case hypothyroidism and hyperthyroidism with DUB Known case of congenital anomalies of uterus

Efficacy of the drug will be proven in reducing symptoms of Primary Dysmenorrhea in the given schedule dose and durationTimepoint: 0th and 3 rd day of every menstrual cycle for 3 consecutive cycles
